Speaking of experience, at MPEP, we pride ourselves on experience. Experience for our couples planning to stay on budget, get organized (we provide a planning workbook on Google when you choose us as your wedding planner), and experience ease during their wedding weekend.
Along with the guest experience, you can have a gorgeous wedding venue, but if the activities, logistics, and itinerary aren’t well thought out, then it can be a lot for guests. Our job as wedding coordinator is to ensure all logistics are covered with our clients to match their vision and communicate to guests! Our consulting services are for couples who need a little extra help finding and signing vendors, creating a timeline for your wedding, and general support for your wedding planning.
$100.00 per hour
MPEP is your experience-driven wedding planner. We ensure your design is carried through the whole event and help you come up with the element of surprise! Most importantly, we work with you and the vendor team to ensure that the itinerary is so well thought out and flawless that your guests say, “This was the best wedding ever.” We do this through top-notch communication and 15+ years of event knowledge. We plan for the least expected and have adapted to pivoting quickly!
We are biased, but we believe there is no place like Maine for creating a true experience for destination and luxury weddings. From the ocean to the mountains and everything in between, we plan a unique experience for your guests from when they arrive to when they depart.
We will work with you as wedding coordinator to create a weekend where your guests can experience all the quintessential elements of Maine. From lobster bakes, to scenic boat rides, to hikes, to cocktail parties in some of the most unique places. We will make sure you and your bridal party are taken care of.
We would give Julie 10 stars but google only lets us give 5. Julie was literally our rock on our special day. We truly can’t express how much all of her help and guidance was appreciated. She read our minds and knew what we needed/wanted when we didn’t even know what we needed. For example, she had snacks and water for us during our pictures to make sure we were fed and able to enjoy the whole evening. She coordinated the vendors so we didn’t have to worry about anything. She made sure our first look was perfect, giving advice and making sure we were where we needed to be. She did such an amazing job and we cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us to make that day so amazing for us!
